Nous y parviendrons en nous associant, en formant des coalitions et en travaillant ensemble — « une large alliance multipartite pour la coopération numérique », selon le rapport de l'ONU de 2019 sur la coopération numérique. C'est la voie la plus sûre vers les Objectifs de développement durable.
